FAQ’S

• Is it free to join the site?
  Yes, but you will have limited use. As a visitor to the site you can upload a picture and profile for free. You will then become a Sub Member and as such have limited search options and send and receive winks.
• What more do I get when I pay for membership?
  You will have unlimited search facilities and the ability to communicate with other members via a messaging system. You will then be a Full Member.
• How much is membership?
  From 1st June 2010 Full Membership will be free of charge for 3 months from the day that your profile is approved. This is a premium offer to the first 500 individuals that register with Hopelessly Devoted.
  When 500 members have registered or 1st September 2010 arrives, whichever comes first, membership will return to £10 a month or £5 for 5 days. Your membership commences from the date your profile is approved.
• When I join will I be billed automatically when my membership expires?
  No. We disagree with this method. You will receive an email informing you that your membership is due to expire. You will be given the opportunity to rejoin for the following month. If you decide not to rejoin your membership status will be reduce to Sub Membership. Your profile will remain online and you have the choice to re-join as a Full Member at any time.
• Can anyone come to a singles events?
  Yes. However they must be SINGLE. We are trying to create an online singles community for genuinely single individuals.
• How do I pay to go to an event?
  Full and Sub Members can login, access the event they want to attend and proceed to the payment option.
  Visitors to the site need to register with a username; password, email address and contact telephone number and proceed to payment.
• Will there be a descriptions about the events?
  Yes. We will include all the relevant details about individual events. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or require any further details about an event we will endeavour to answer your enquiries as fully as possible.
• Does it matter if I am coming alone?
  No absolutely not. We understand many individuals will be coming alone and it is our role to make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the event. We encourage friendships as well as relationships to flourish. You may even decide to contact a member or members before an event so that you do not have to come alone. Coming with a friend or as a small group can be a far less daunting proposition.
• Will I be guaranteed to meet people at an event?
  Yes you will. We will do our utmost to make you feel comfortable and introduce you to other members. Some individuals find it easy to approach people and chat easily, whilst others find this difficult. It will be our pleasure to make sure everyone gets the chance to meet as many people as possible during an event.
• Will I meet people of my own age range at an event?
  Yes. Typical age ranges for events will be:
  • 25+
  • 25-45
  • 45-65
  • 50+
